The Thermal Ecology Kit
The Thermal Ecology kit comes equipped with everything you need to complete your survey, analyse your footage, and contribute to evidence based reports.
The Camera
The camera provides a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. It’s lenses are interchangeable, giving you access to 6, 14, 24, 42 and 80 degree options.
The Tablet
The kit comes with a rugged Windows 11 tablet with software to record your survey and powerful features like Track & Detect for analysis.
Make sure to bring your own storage, or we sell 256gb SD card’s for £30.
Power and cables
You’ll have a fully charged handheld battery ready to go, which will last for 5 hours before needing a charge.
Both the ethernet and PoE cables will be with the plug in a nicely sized handheld case, along with the battery.
All you need to do is plug them in and go!
Tripods
As standard you will receive a mini-manfrotto or comparable tripod, small enough to fit in a rucksack.
We’ll use a heavy duty tripod if your survey is on exceptionally tricky terrain.
Bags and cases
All your kit including the tripod, battery and camera will come in a small flight case with length: 80cm, width: 30cm and height: 30cm.
Come 2025 bat season, a rucksack will be available.
